Terms & Conditions

All reservations will be charged a $55.00 per night, per room deposit. This deposit is refundable as long as the reservation is canceled 48 hours prior to 2pm on day of check-in. On event weekends, the cancellation period is 1 week prior to 2pm on day of check-in. If reservation is cancelled after the 48 hours or 1 week respectively, the deposit is non-refundable. If reservation is cancelled after 2pm on day of arrival, the entire reservation balance will be charged to the card on file. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Balance of reservation due at check in. A Valid Credit card must be kept on file to be charged in the event of damages to property or missing property from the room. We reserve the right to assess loss of property and to charge the card on file to replace items such as ruined linens, towels, and bedding. 


  • Rooms are available at the Historic Kahn Hotel by reservation and/or on a first come first served basis in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Kahn Hotel has a coffee shop downstairs available to guests during business hours. There is no restaurant on-site and no breakfast or other meals are included in the room rates. 


  • Historical Kahn Hotel or its owners, operators, employees or otherwise shall not be responsible for guest safety or property including theft. All reasonable security measures have been taken and all accommodations are at the renters risk. 


  • No on-site security or special security measures are provided. Rooms are accessible through the downstairs front door by way of a key code provided to guest. 


  • Unless prior notice of late arrival is given, all arrivals must check in before 9:00 pm(CST) to avoid losing room and to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty. Failure to show for reservation will result in charge of balance in full, unless cancelled within cancellation policy time frame. 


  • Must be 21 years of age to rent a room 


  • No refunds shall be given under any circumstances. 


  • No pets allowed at anytime. 


  • An automatic deposit of $55.00 per room per night will be charged when reservation is made. 


  • Valid Credit Card information must be provided at time of booking 


  • Credit Card must be in the name of the guest who is checking in 


  • The balance due for reservation must be paid upon check-in, and any charges incurred while renting must be paid in full before departure. 


  • All reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to 2pm on date of check in to receive refund of deposit. Failure to cancel at least 48 hours prior to check in will be charged 1st night room rate and tax penalty. Failure to cancel prior to scheduled check in time will be charged the reservation balance in full.
